Profile Help
Once signed in, you may change your login information by clicking the My Account link located within the navigation panel on the right side of the page. Once there choose "Edit Profile" from the profile panel in the left corner of the main content area.
Listening to Audio Reviews
PracticalReviews.com uses an embedded MP3 audio player. Each review that has an associated audio file will have a small icon after the summary. You can play that audio by clicking on the icon or the text link "Listen". The player will automatically load the file and begin playing the audio through your computer. You can adjust the volume of the player by using the slider to the right of the icon or pause, forward, or restart the audio by using the player control buttons.
To download individual audio tracks, right click on the audio link or icon and choose "Save Link As" and choose a location to save the file on your computer. Alternatively, you can download all the audio from a particular issue by clicking on the links for iTunes or Windows media at the top of an issue page.
Taking a Quiz
Traditional users, after logging in, can enter a quiz code from their issue email on their MyContent page or by clicking Take a Quiz in the navigation panel and entering the quiz code there. Online only subscribers can take a quiz from any issue page by clicking on that button at the end of the issue content. On Demand subscribers may take quizzes for credit from any issue or article or take a compiled quiz from items in their Book Bag.
On Demand and Book Bag Help
On Demand users have the added feature of saving individual articles to their Book Bag for later use. From the Book Bag you can view the content and take quizzes for CE credit. For medical doctors, individual articles can be consumed and individual quiz questions answered for credit one by one if you choose. Because of guidelines from the accrediting bodies, dentists have to accrue a minimum of 4 articles in their Book Bag before they can take a quiz.
Another new feature is the ability to browse content without having to view front matter required for CE credit. By default, every subscriber is assumed to be visiting PracticalReviews.com to obtain CE credits. This is called CE mode.
When you log in you can choose to stay in CE mode or switch to Browse mode. The controls for this are located above the MyContent panel on the MyContent page. In Browse mode, the accreditation statement is not displayed. Your settings will be retained upon your next visit. Your saved mode will be displayed above the controls for choosing CE or Browse mode.

Subscriptions
We offer all subscriptions at our risk. If you are dissatisfied with your subscription for any reason, you may cancel at any point and you will be refunded for any unserved issues (less shipping and handling).
Non-Subscription Products

Due to the nature of this product, its audio/video format and educational content, no refunds are permitted. You may return the product within 15 days of receipt and receive a credit reflective of the original price you paid for the item. This credit may be applied as payment to any product(s) produced by Oakstone Medical Publishing.
We guarantee your program against defects in materials. Simply return any defective materials and we will replace them free of charge. To make a return, call 800-633-4743 for a Return Authorization Code. Complete the packing ticket and return with the program to 100 Corporate Parkway, Suite 600, Birmingham, AL 35242. We recommend shipping through UPS or FedEx. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Items marked as Clearance are nonrefundable.
